I thought I was just filming a promo video… but what actually happened completely surprised me.
I said YES to stepping into something I hadn’t done in over 30 years, roller skating, and within minutes, I was face-to-face with fear, self-doubt, and that little voice saying, “What if I look ridiculous?”
But I did it anyway.
And what I found on that rink wasn’t just balance… it was joy, connection, and a powerful reminder of what happens when we say yes before we feel ready.
