The City of Chandler Housing and Redevelopment Division is opening its project based voucher (PBV) waitlist for Villas on McQueen. Completed pre-applications will be accepted beginning at noon on Friday, May 8, and must be submitted by the deadline at noon on Friday, May 22. Villas on McQueen is a new affordable housing development located at 77 N. McQueen Road at the corner of McQueen Road and East Trails End Place. This is a project based voucher program, meaning accepted applicants will pay 30% of their income towards rent, while the rest will be covered by funding through the U.S....
