She is now the proud owner of At Yoga and is passionate about helping guide others through their own journey of discovering the positive impact yoga can have on both mind and body.

Tracy’s unique and welcoming approach to teaching makes yoga feel accessible for anyone, no matter their age, experience or ability. She loves helping people find inner calmness, connection and space to simply slow down and reconnect with themselves.
