In episode 1 ("Shoreline Defender") we meet Seth (vampire) and Josh (hobbit) who are fighting over a gated road in Montana. We meet Sara in Florida who is fighting with Eric (and his sunburnt scarecrow, Brent) over private beach access. On episode 2 ("The Farm") we meet Darrell who is fighting with his neighbor Trevor over Trevor's full farm he is building in his backyard. And finally, we meet Jean and Maurice who take their battle over cat crack houses to Judge Judy!
