Los bienes raíces pueden ser una gran herramienta para construir patrimonio, generar ingresos y crear estabilidad financiera a largo plazo. Por eso, para muchas personas y familias, han sido una parte importante de su crecimiento económico y de crear su versión del Sueño Americano.
Pero una propiedad no se evalúa sólo por lo que produce en dinero.
También se evalúa por lo que exige para seguir funcionando: tiempo, atención, energía, mantenimiento, decisiones constantes y, muchas veces, un nivel de desgaste que no siempre se toma en cuenta al hablar de rendimientos.
