Thousands of people across Ireland will gather before dawn this Saturday morning for Darkness Into Light, Pieta’s annual fundraiser supporting free suicide and self-harm prevention services.
Six walks are taking place across Clare as communities come together in remembrance, solidarity and hope, while also raising vital funds for Pieta’s life-changing work.
On Friday's Morning Focus, Alan Morrissey spoke with Jo, a Pieta Crisis Helpline therapist from Clare.
