Shannon is both entrepreneur and educator (Professor, actually) in the marketing and management field. She works with business leaders to help them zero in on their customers and to increase sales by developing marketing communication strategies that work.

She has a wide range of experience having worked with law firms and cement plants to nonprofits and even federal government managers. Like many of us, Shannon has juggled a career around raising kids - and though her career path emulates a moth in a porch light rather than ascending corporate rungs, she brings a lot of curiosity and competence to her consulting work at Incisive Marketing and post-secondary teaching.
