Fort Worth Zoo welcomes baby Asian elephant Sam Houston, born to Bluebell and Romeo on April 1st. He joins a four-generation herd, including half-sister Lady Bird and brother Brazos. Bluebell received excellent prenatal care, and Sam Houston is bonding with his mom and learning from the herd. Zookeepers are facilitating playdates, and visitors can see Sam Houston daily from May 7th.
