But this also had us thinking about Colorado’s greatest contributions to the national culinary landscape – what are our claims to food fame anyway? Dan Pashman, host of the James Beard Award-Winning podcast The Sporkful, joined host Bree Davies and producer Paul Karolyi last November to discuss the memorable (and regrettable) dishes the Mile High City put on the map.
