A Pittsburgh native, Lara Brenckle Malmont brings Frankie and other colorful characters to life, specializing in stories about the people and places that call us home. A manga cum laude graduate of the E.W. Scripps School of Journalism at Ohio University, Malmont is an award-winning newspaper reporter before transitioning to corporate communications. She lives in Carlisle, Pennsylvania.
