Af: In die hartjie van Kaapstad, by die bekende Groote Schuur Hospitaal, was daar 'n atmosfeer van gejaagdheid en spanning.
En: In the heart of Kaapstad, at the well-known Groote Schuur Hospitaal, there was an atmosphere of urgency and tension.
Af: Die herfs in die stad was koel, met die vars geur van gevalle blare wat deur die oop vensters waai.
