64. Why Weird People Win: How to Be a 1%er

Episode 64 Published 2 months, 1 week ago
Description

I concepted this podcast while sitting in a pluge pool in Bali. And I know that sounds obnoxious. But it's also kind of the point.

Because the life I have right now? Most people would call it weird. My supplement stack is the size of a small carry-on. I wear red glasses at dinner. I don't drink. I don't have health insurance. I haven't been to a doctor in years. I turn my notifications off and do not apologize for it.

And somehow...I have a six-pack, I sleep like a baby, my hormones are dialed, and I run a business from wherever I want.

Funny how that works.

This episode is about the 1% of women who are actually willing to do what 99% won't. Not the Trump one-percenter kind. The kind who choose results over fitting in, who stop outsourcing their health to a system that is quite literally designed for sick people, and who decide that being a little weird is a hell of a lot better than being exhausted, puffy, and running on caffeine and willpower.
