On this episode, the boys had special guest Drew Hunter back on the podcast after his epic victory at the USA 5k Champs in Indy last weekend! Drew had an amazing kick to beat a very stacked field to guarantee his spot on the World Road Running Champs team later this year in Copenhagen!

We recapped the race weekend but also talked about his season as a whole so far. Including his road and indoor season, he has been overall pleased and rated it a B+. It was interesting hearing his thoughts on the Millrose Games - that was the main race this year he said he made some mistakes in.

There was a lot of valuable insight on this episode for all runners - including Drew's warmup routine for shorter races, his mindset in road vs track races, and making sure you enjoy the race trip as a whole instead of being entirely mentally driven by your race result. A great episode as always with Drew- enjoy!
