According to sources who live near Rex Heuermann's brother, the accused serial killer planned on retiring down to South Carolina and that when he came, according to his brother, he was going to buy everyone out.
A neighbor who spoke with Fox news went further to say that Craig Heuermann, the brother of Rex was volatile and that he even assaulted the unnamed neighbor one time with a steel pole. All of this comes as authorities have already removed items from South Carolina, including a Chevy Avalanche.
