Fr. Adrian Crowley opens with Our Lady as the Ark of the New Covenant — combining the commandments and the bread of life — and the first Fátima apparition on 13th May 1917. He focuses on Jacinta of Fatima, the youngest of the three seers, canonised as one of the Church’s youngest saints: the child who poured her water into a hollow rock for the sheep, ate bitter acorns for the conversion of sinners, and told her cousin that Our Lady would always help them and they need never be afraid. A lovely episode to start the month of May.
