Life With Elara - “Woof You Still Love Me Tomorrow?”

Written by Brandon L. Joyner

When Elara Newton—an extraterrestrial trying her best to master earthly life—decides to volunteer at a local animal shelter, she sets out with good intentions and just a hint of cosmic curiosity. Joined by her ever-enthusiastic neighbor Mabel, what begins as a simple day of feeding and cleaning quickly spirals into something far more… unconventional. Back at home, Elara’s husband Dean just wants a quiet evening—but with Elara involved, “normal” is always relative. As compassion collides with chaos, the Newton household finds itself navigating unexpected houseguests, moral dilemmas, and the unpredictable consequences of mixing alien tech with human emotion. Heartfelt, hilarious, and just a little absurd, this episode explores what it really means to care—even when things go wildly off course. But when good intentions bend the rules of nature, how far is too far?
