Hey friend, welcome back to Midlife Transformation. Today, I want to gently speak to the woman who is waiting. Waiting for a child… waiting for a prayer to be answered… waiting for something your heart has carried for a long time. If that’s you, I want you to hear this clearly, you are not forgotten.
There is a quiet ache that can come in seasons of waiting. It doesn’t always get talked about. Sometimes it’s hidden behind smiles, behind strength, behind “I’m okay.” But God sees every bit of it.
In Psalm 34, we’re reminded that the Lord is close to the brokenhearted. Not distant. Not distracted. Close. Your waiting is not wasted.
Even here, there is purpose being formed—strength, compassion, depth, faith. While the world may measure motherhood in one way… God sees the fullness of your heart. He sees you! You are still nurturing. You are still loving. You are still impacting lives. You are still needed.
So today, instead of asking “why not me,” maybe we gently ask… “God, what are You growing in me here?” You are seen. You are held, and your story is still unfolding.
I’ll leave you with this... What if this season of waiting is shaping something deeper than you can see right now?
