The boys are back on the bench for Episode 456, and this week things go completely off the rails in the best way possible. It starts with a quick Vrabel update — yes, he missed most of the NFL Draft for family counseling, and yes, the guys have thoughts. Lots of them.

Then things get delicious. A Cincinnati Reds pitcher delivered one of the best moments in recent sports history when he struck out his 11th batter of the game to unlock free pizza for every single fan in the stands — courtesy of LaRosa's Family Pizzeria. The crowd reaction is something else.

From there the guys stumble into a full-blown pie ranking debate after a massive tiramisu story: 100 Italian chefs in London just broke a Guinness World Record by assembling a tiramisu stretching 1,445 feet long. That leads to a passionate argument about Bob Roth's New River Groves blueberry pie, whether tiramisu is actually elite, and what everyone's all-time favorite pie is.

The second half of the show is all fun questions — who would you be CEO of, which celebrity does everyone find attractive but you don't (Selena Hayek takes a shot), worst muscle cramp locations, old-school board games, and the best Christmas toy you ever got. ColecoVision and the original NES are both on the table.
