She touches on some statistics related to illicit drug exposure, and the barriers to understanding and quantifying the burden of drug addiction on society. Amy highlights the main illicit drugs that present the greatest threat to Australians, as well as the risk factors that predispose certain demographics to drug use, and protective factors that lower predisposition.
