We can’t be perfect all the time, we need things to happen to give us these opportunities of growth.

We are not therapist and do not claim to have the answers, we are more coaching simply sharing what we do and how we enquire within ourselves.

Your lifestyle gives you answers and can really help you with the answers you are seeking.

  • Do you need more rest?
  • Do you need more nutrition?
  • Do you need to revisit some patterns that you’ve unconsciously taken on board while in your own kind of survival mode as a kid?

We all have the freedom to choose how we learn from our own experience while we are triggered.
