The Philadelphia Flyers won a first round matchup with the Pittsburgh Penguins, but the Carolina Hurricanes are a class above the rest of the Metropolitan Division, and proved it in the first game of this second round matchup.
Logan Stankoven remained one of the hottest scorers in the postseason and Freddie Andersen made the stops he had to on the rare occasions the Flyers had the puck, and now Philly will have to figure out how to keep themselves alive in this series.
