The Buffalo Sabres are headed to the second round! A Game 6 win in Boston clinches the series, led by two DAWG efforts by Josh Doan and Zach Benson, who connected on a huge goal in the 3rd period. The Sabres showed once again that they are were the better team in this series, outplaying the Bruins once again, dominating possession even while leading in the 3rd. The Sabres win their first series in 19 years and no longer have the longest playoff series win drought in the NHL.

Plus, Alex Tuch and Peyton Krebs' roles during the series were above and beyond. The numbers show that all the Sabres fans that wanted Boston as the first round opponent were right to think that this was their best matchup. The Sabres end up outshooting, out chancing, and out scoring the Bruins. Sneaky Joe also calls for a loooong suspension for Charlie McAvoy for his attack on Zach Benson. And who should we want to play in the second round? Tampa Bay of Montreal?
