Prior to meeting Emma, I actually wouldn’t go to the bathroom for 2-3 days at a time. I just thought this was normal (it’s not), and I see so many women having the same issue. But really, there’s nothing more satisfying than a good poo! You just feel lighter and less weighed down. There are also a heap of reasons why it’s important to go regularly.
