50 Cent just took a major loss in court and now he’s trying to fight back.
A New York judge denied an attempt by his G Unit Books company to win a default judgment against his ex Shaniqua Tompkins in their ongoing legal battle.
This all stems from an alleged 2007 agreement where Tompkins supposedly signed over the rights to her life story and agreed not to publicly share or profit from it. 50 Cent later accused her of violating that deal and sued her.
Tompkins, however, claims she was pressured into signing that agreement in the first place, setting up what could turn into an even bigger legal battle moving forward.
