Greg Sankey is playing the ‘close’ game for the SEC and it’s not a great look in comparison to the B1G’s recent run of titles

-The SEC commissioner was on Sirius XM this week and said essentially that the SEC is a ‘few bounces away’ from being where the B1G

is at and more sustained SEC dominance. He referenced the Alabama/Michigan game going to OT the year the Wolverines won it all;

the close losses by Georgia (to Notre Dame) and Texas (to Ohio State) in the semifinals 2 years ago…

-We understand what he’s doing, but it’s not a great look…but he just can’t give the B1G the credit they deserve
