Uk: Весняний ранок був тихий, і легкий вітерець приємно грав з полянами квіток, що оточували польовий шпиталь.
En: The spring morning was quiet, and a gentle breeze pleasantly played with the fields of flowers surrounding the field hospital.

Uk: Це був особливий час — Великдень.
En: It was a special time — Easter.

Uk: Села навколо вже готувалися до свята, фарбували яйця, пекли паски, але в наметах лікарні було не до святкувань.
En: The villages around were already preparing for the holiday, dyeing eggs, baking traditional cakes, but in the hospital tents, there was no time for celebrations.
