Three-quarters of small to medium enterprises in Clare believe Artificial Intelligence could transform their business. A new report from Google Customer Solutions has found, however, that most firms are not using the technology due to concerns over costs and skill shortages. It comes ahead of an event being hosted by Google and the Local Enterprise Office for SMEs at the Radison Red in Galway tomorrow.
