Karen: That works. Could you send someone up later to take a look at my room too?
David: Of course. I'll send our tech up within the hour. And honestly, for the trouble, would you mind if we comped your breakfast tomorrow as compensation?
Karen: That's really kind, thank you. I just need the internet to work for my meeting.
David: Totally understand. Let me walk you to the lounge now so your call won't miss a beat.
