04/28/26: Missy Heilman has served as the BIO Girls CEO since founding the organization in 2013 and joins Joel Heitkamp to chat about their upcoming 5K.
Their 7th annual 5K is open to the community with all proceeds from this event support the BIO Girls mission. Run, walk, or jog to support the mental health of adolescent girls across the Midwest.
