Billionaire Elon Musk has brought the suit against Open AI CEO Sam Altman and his company alleging it has strayed from its founding non-profit mission, which was funded by Mr Musk.
But Sam Altman has accused Elon Musk - who left Open AI in 2018 - of seeking to cripple the company as he tries to build up his own competing platform.
