How Philosophy, Religion, and AI Shape Mindfulness Today with Dr. Roi Yozevitch
Description
Welcome to another episode of the Mindful You Podcast, where we explore the depths of presence, philosophy, and self-awareness. Today we’re joined by Roi Yozevitch, assistant professor and AI researcher at Ariel and Bar-Ilan Universities. With a passion for the intersection of technology, philosophy, and religion, and as head of the Applied AI Lab—home to a widely-followed YouTube channel—Roi Yozevitch brings profound insights into the conversation.
In this thought-provoking discussion, we journey through the concept of mindfulness, the boundaries of ego, and the historical roots of our perceptions of self. Drawing from ancient wisdom, spiritual traditions, and modern debates on science and morality, we unravel what it means to see reality clearly, manage judgment, and seek truth in silence. Whether you’re curious about the “Guide for the Perplexed,” the nature of forgiveness, or how stories and identity shape our world, this episode invites you to pause, reflect, and perhaps discover a new perspective on mindful living.
