We break down the Hearts of Pine’s USL Cup opener on a cold, rainy night in New York, where Portland fell to Westchester SC in a penalty shootout after a gritty, back-and-forth effort finished 2-2 at full time.Esteban Espinosa put us ahead early (from a corner!) but Westchester answered from the spot.
