Published 1 month, 2 weeks ago
Description
Post primary enrolment in Clare has jumped from 8,660 students in 2020 to 9,583 at the end of last year, an increase of 10.6%. Has this been reflected in teaching resources and quality of education, or are our students in increasingly oversized classrooms? To explore this, Alan Morrissey joined by Mona Hynes, Principal at Mary Immaculate Secondary School in Lisdoonvarna and Cllr Pat Hayes, Chair of board of management at Scariff community college.
