The volunteer program is a cornerstone of guest service at America’s Friendliest Airport®. From the Navigators to the Navigator Buddies, Teen Navigators, and Navigator Chaplains, these volunteers play a key role in helping Phoenix Sky Harbor deliver a world‑class experience.
