Planning Application For Shannon Flood Defence To Be Submitted Next Year

Description
The Shannon Town Flood Defence Scheme will go to planning next year. It follows an update provided by Public Expenditure Minister Jack Chambers in response to a query from Clare TD Cathal Crowe. The project is expected to protect 1,400 properties in the town and its environs upon completion. Cratloe Fianna Fáil Councillor Pat O'Gorman says it'll be a huge boost for the region.
