Published 1 month ago
Description
Over 100 Italian pastry chefs assembled the world's longest tiramisu at Chelsea Old Town Hall in London, measuring more than 440 square metres. The record-breaking dessert required 19,000 eggs, two tonnes of mascarpone, 400 kilograms of sugar and 128,000 biscuits, taking five hours to assemble after two days of preparation.
