Vic joined the pod late last year and since then she's become a close part of the team, pumping the guys up, offering advice (and worming chocolate) and being a shoulder to cry on if they need it. 

She's had an extensive career in both TV and radio as well as being the proud mum to two little kids. 

So she's well versed in keeping calm amongst chaos - thank god!
