Australia is on track to eliminate cervical cancer by 2035 - thanks to the rollout of the home-grown vaccine for the Human Papilloma Virus, or HPV.
A unique alliance of public and private groups - Gavi - is now trying to replicate that success around the world, targeting developing nations like Papua New Guinea where mortality rates are alarmingly high.
