Episode Details

George quits school in the seventh grade to work and slides into gambling with dice. Then he works for a gambling joint and is taught to cheat at cards. His mother prays for him and asks him to take her to Pacific Garden Mission. He does but ignores the truth he hears. After 25 years of cheating people, he begins to lose, lives in fear for several days before going back to the mission where he gives his life to Christ. He shares his testimony there for years, well into his eighties. The story is set around 1900.
