Episode Details

A willful child, Tim prays for salvation at age 10 because he fears hell. But as a teenager he rebels against authority. He smokes, breaks rules as well as track records in the long jump and high hurdle. He moves out, gets a job and goes to college. A bad accident makes him think but not enough to change. He joins the Marine Crops, shapes up and gets meritorious promotions. Then he gets his orders for Vietnam, goes home and goes to the altar. The first part ends as he heads for Vietnam, telling God he can’t live for Christ.
