Jimmy grows up without a dad and starts smoking pot at 12 even though his mother is a police officer and they go to church. He marries Patty although her dad opposes the match. Jimmy promises to straighten up at 30 but doesn’t. A drug dealer, he becomes addicted to Oxycontin, then crack cocaine. His addiction leads him to steal from his wife, his mother and daughter. He resists conviction several times. Finally, he steals his wife’s 401K check and disappears for a week. She finds him. At home he wrestles with the devil but finally surrenders to Christ. Now in Bible college and ministry.
