118: Strategic Marketing and Relationship Building Using a Capsule Podcast with Betsy Wallace
Description
Have you ever heard of a Capsule Podcast?
A capsule podcast is a six-episode podcast miniseries that aligns with your business and your marketing, so you get all the benefits of a podcast without the overwhelm of a weekly show.
Betsy Wallace, my guest in this episode and the founder of Capsule Podcast, is joining me to talk all about that and how capsule podcasts can strategically build a mutually beneficial relationship between you and your customers and clients.
Betsy Wallace is the founder of Capsule Podcast, where she serves small businesses and brands who want to grow through podcasting. Through her innovative Capsule Podcast framework, Betsy teaches authors, bloggers, and coaches how to produce a strategic, six-episode miniseries that provides all the benefits of podcasting with a fraction of the work. She has produced Capsule Podcasts for a diverse range of clients including a cookbook subscription service, a wellness psychotherapist, and a luxury handwoven goods e-commerce site.
Betsy is also the co-host, producer, and editor for the Dinner Sisters podcast, a weekly cooking show launched in 2018, that has been downloaded 350K times and averages 13K downloads/month. She’s interviewed New York Times Bestselling cookbook authors, James Beard award-winning chefs, recorded on location with chefs and food writers in the foothills of the Appalachian Mountains and in Rome, Italy. She has an MBA from the University of Wisconsin and lives in Atlanta, GA with her husband, three kids, and two dogs.
Betsy is teaching us how to use a podcast to deliver outstanding value to our audiences so that we can achieve our business goals. If this sounds good to you, press play and listen closely!
