Ep. 16: Detachment Relationship Model will Save Your Partnership and Here's How.

Episode 156 Published 1 month, 1 week ago
Description

I used to think being a good partner meant fixing everything (keeping the peace, making sure everyone felt okay, and jumping in whenever something felt “off.") But what I’ve learned (and am still practicing) is that real support doesn’t always look like doing more… sometimes it looks like doing less.

In this episode, I’m sharing a simple but powerful concept that completely shifted how I show up in my relationship: emotional detachment. Not in a cold or distant way, but in a grounded, respectful, and supportive way.

If you’ve ever felt yourself absorbing someone else’s mood, trying to fix things that aren’t yours to fix, or getting pulled into emotional spirals that weren’t even yours to begin with… this one’s for you.
