The City of Ravenswood held a ceremonial groundbreaking Friday at Washington Riverfront Park for a new welcome center, business incubator and the Smokehouse Pavillion. WMOV's Dave Miller was there and caught up with State Senator Eric Tarr, who was insturmental in securing the grant for the project, and with Ravenswood Mayor Josh Miller, about why this project it important for the city adn how it fits into his vision.
