Today’s guest is one of the most respected and successful high school football coaches in the state of Georgia.
Coach Rogers is the Head Football Coach at Thomas County Central Yellow Jackets, where he has built one of the most dominant programs in the country. In just four seasons, he’s compiled an incredible 53–3 record, led Central to two state championships, including a 15–0 perfect season, and was named AJC Coach of the Year.
Known for his up-tempo offense, high-energy leadership, and ability to revitalize programs, Coach Rogers has consistently turned great potential into championship performance — with successful head coaching stops at Colquitt County and Jones County along the way.
Today, we’re going under the hood with a coach who knows what it takes to win on the biggest stage — not just with X’s and O’s, but with leadership, culture, systems, and elite preparation.
