音楽用電子機器メーカー「ズーム」の商標と、ウェブ会議システム「Ｚｏｏｍ」のロゴウェブ会議システム「Ｚｏｏｍ」のロゴに商標権を侵害されたとして、音楽用電子機器メーカーのズームが米国のＺｏｏｍ運営会社などに計６億円の損害賠償などを求めた訴訟の判決が２４日、東京地裁であった。 Tokyo District Court on Friday ordered U.S. videoconferencing technology firm Zoom Video Communications Inc. and its sales agent in Japan to pay a total of about 182 million yen in damages for violating the trademark of Japanese electric musical devise developer Zoom Corp.
