総務省総務省は２４日、都市から過疎地域などに移り住んでまちづくりに取り組む「地域おこし協力隊」について、２０２５年度の隊員数が前年度比２８６人増の８１９６人だったと発表した。 The number of so-called community reactivators, or people working to revitalize nonurban areas in Japan after moving from urban areas under a government-subsidized program, totaled a record 8,196 in fiscal 2025, the internal affairs ministry said Friday.
