Rough and Tumble Play, a conversation with the awesome Carl Wild (@CarlWild75), Man City Foundation Phase Lead Coach

In the episode Carl talks about the importance of embedding `Rough and Tumble` play in training and gives us the highlights of the presentation he delivered as part of a St Marys university CPD webinar. Carl tells us how to go about embedding it and some of the many positive outcomes. We also discuss some of the differences between coaching boys and girls, having a game based approach, being player centred and the importance of long-term development.
