今天 MJ英語教你 binge-worthy、cliffhanger、plot twist 這些追劇英文，從單字到句型一次學會，下次聊劇直接接得上！

Lisa 和 Kevin 是同事，午休時間在辦公室聊最近在追什麼劇。

Lisa: Kevin, have you seen The Bear yet? Everyone at the office keeps talking about it.
Kevin: Not yet. Is it actually good, or is it just hype?
Lisa: Trust me — it's totally binge-worthy. I finished the whole season in one weekend.
Kevin: One whole weekend? You must have stayed up all night.
Lisa: I stayed up until 2 AM because of that cliffhanger at the end of episode 6. Totally worth it.
Kevin: Okay, I'm curious. But no spoilers — I'm actually thinking about watching it.
Lisa: Don't worry, I'm in full no-spoiler mode. I'll just say… there's a plot twist I did NOT see coming.
Kevin: Ugh, now I have to watch it. I've been streaming too many reality shows lately. I need something with a real story.

hype / haɪp / n → 話題熱度、過度炒作
（通常指大家瘋狂討論某件事，但不一定代表真的那麼好）
Don't believe the hype — the movie was just okay.（別被炒作騙了，那部電影普普通通。）

binge-worthy / ˈbɪndʒ ˌwɜːrði / adj → 值得一口氣追完的
（worthy = 值得，binge = 大量做某件事，合在一起就是「值得一口氣追」）
This series is so binge-worthy — I finished it in two days.（這部超值得一口氣追，我兩天就看完了。）

cliffhanger / ˈklɪfˌhæŋər / n → 懸念結局、讓人揪心的結尾
（字面是「吊在懸崖邊」，引申為讓你急著想知道後來怎樣的結局）
That episode ended on such a cliffhanger — I had to watch the next one immediately.（那集結尾太懸念了，我立刻點下一集。）

spoiler / ˈspɔɪlər / n → 劇透
（動詞是 spoil，也可說 "Don't spoil it for me!"）
Warning: spoilers ahead — the main character dies in episode 10.（注意：以下有劇透——主角在第十集死了。）

plot twist / plɑːt twɪst / n → 劇情大逆轉
（plot = 劇情，twist = 轉折，是電影劇評最常出現的詞之一）
The plot twist at the end completely changed how I saw the whole show.（結尾的大逆轉讓我整個重新看待這部劇。）

stream / striːm / v → 線上串流觀看
（Netflix、Disney+、YouTube 這些平台上看影片的動作就叫 stream）
I've been streaming a lot of Korean dramas lately.（我最近一直在追韓劇。）
