Ayurveda describes three fundamental forces of life energy (Prana in motion):

Vata – the principle of movement (Air + Ether)

Breath, nerve impulses, circulation, elimination, creativity, adaptability.

When disturbed: bloating, constipation, tremors, insomnia, anxiety-like instability.

Pitta – the principle of transformation (Fire + Water)

Digestion, metabolism, hormonal conversion, temperature regulation, intellect.

When disturbed: burning sensation, inflammation, excessive heat, thirst, irritability, reduced sleep.

Kapha – the principle of structure (Water + Earth)

Immunity, lubrication, emotional steadiness, endurance, growth and tissue stability.

When disturbed: heaviness, excessive sleep, stagnation, coldness, weak digestion.

The goal of Ayurveda is not elimination of a dosha — it is balance.

In this podcast, we integrate that wisdom with planetary intelligence:
